INFRASTRUCTURE
The DIRECTWEB group is located at the Data Center Terremark, contracted for attending specifically our services of WEBCASTING and STREAMING that includes: audio and video hosting, live streaming and peering. International infrastructure standard.
Our data center is TIER III, offering an high availability with N+1 which means trustworthiness for clients and distinguishes us from other providers / hosts. All the systems are redundant: power system, cooling system, fire and security system. That guaranties a ceaseless process of data center even in case of black out and has a 24x7 supporting team.
The Data Canter receives electricity from two different public sub-stations equipped with nobreak and secondary power source, which guaranties the proper work in case one of the sub-station collapses.
The neutral position of the Data Center, in respect to telecommunication companies, allows us to have flexibility when choosing the connection and in addition, the Data Center operates and manages the NAP (peering), exchanging IP with between backbones from companies that have AS. This way it
can offer its clients, among many telecommunication companies, the straight access to backbones IPs, provided with high SLA (99,99%) that guaranties a more efficient access to internet and an interconnection with no additional “hop”.
It has internet backbone and Peering, offering the clients 1 GB bandwidth in addition to redundant optical fiber serves on different operators.

Terremark has well located infrastructure world wide. Supported at the United States (Florida, California and Virginia), Brazil (São Paulo), Spain (Madrid). Each one has a redundant power mode, connectivity and security.
